Wondering if anyone else has had issues trying to backup the Scan folder.

I get about 30% through and then it fails on a file with a bad filename called:

>>>>>>.his

The morethan character is illegal in most OS's.

Autel support is a waste of time, I've had more help from the dead in a cemetery then I've had from Autel in the last 12 months.

The only way out of this is to root the device and make a full .img backup of the device.
